Architecture decisions

These are Everwas’s architecture decision records: the significant choices, the context they were made in, the alternatives that lost, and the costs accepted. They are written down so that future contributors can distinguish “this is deliberate” from “nobody ever thought about it”.

The source of truth is docs/adr/ in the repository; these pages mirror it. A record’s status is one of proposed, accepted, or superseded, and records are never edited to pretend history went differently; a reversed decision gets a new record superseding the old.
